RLM 79, Sandbraun was used as a topside color for Luftwaffe aircraft operating in the deserts of North Africa and in the Southern Mediterranean theaters of war. It was sometimes used alone, but quite often with a mottled scheme, of typically RLM 80, Olivgrun (Olive Green). RLM 76 – Lichtblau (light Blue) was an underside color, usually used in conjunction with an upper splinter pattern combination of RLM 74 Graugrün (Grey Green) & RLM 75 .Grauviolett (Grey Violet)

RLM 75 – Grauviolett (Grey Violet) Was a topside camouflage color used by the Luftwaffe , in conjunction with RLM 74 – Graugrün (Grey Green) and RLM 76 Lichtblau (Light Blue) for day-fighters, or sometimes mottled with RLM 74 Graugrün (Grey Green) & RLM 02 Grau (Grey)

RLM 74 Graugrün (Grey Green) , was a topside camouflage color, typically used in a somewhat standardized splinter pattern along with RLM 75 – Grauviolett (Grey Violet) The undersides were typically done in RLM 76. The photos below depicts the upper surfaces finished in the colors, RLM 74 and RLM 75, with RLM 76 – Lichtblau (Light Blue) on the undersides and lower fuselage sections
